Chemeketa Park is the local community. There is a community park with a barbecue area and a covered picnic area, a playground, a community garden and a clubhouse (available for rental for private events/parties). The park is located right next to the house, with steps leading from the backyard down to park. Very friendly neighbors with Wine Wednesdays at the park every week during the summer. Location is great. Beautiful redwoods yet an easy commute down the mountain. Quick access to Highway 17, a 10 minute drive north to downtown Los Gatos or a 25 minute drive south to Santa Cruz/Capitola.
